This site is dedicated to building quality musical washboards.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

Apologies, but shipping is currently limited to the US only.

Since many of these washboards are over 80 years old (unless otherwise specified), these washboards will not always look new.

In fact, many people prefer the antique, nostalgic look that many of these washboards have.

In the case of washboards that are not new, there may be very slight cracks or chips that have been repaired.

Each washboard is meticulously refurbished, which may include completely disassembling as reassembling the main unit.

All washboards that are sold or repaired are guaranteed to be free of defective workmanship that will affect the sound or playability.

We test all units containing electronics to ensure they are working before shipping out. 

We offer no warrantees, as these instruments can easily be subjected to abuse or negligence, and all electronics are from 3rd parties.

All units will be carefully packed before shipping, and may be slightly disassembled to ensure there will be no shipping damage.

There will be minimal assembly required when you receive your washboard.

Note that these washboards are remanufactured to be extremely strong, so there should never be shipping damage.

We are not responsible for any shipping damage to items sent to us and the customer assumes all responsibility in packing and shipping, as well as lost items. We recommend all items are shipped insured.

Due to the amount of theft these days, all items shipped will require a signature upon delivery.

Your signature acknowledges that you received the items and that is was not damaged.

Return Requirements:

• Item must be returned within 14 days of sale
• We require to be contacted withing 4 days after delivery with a clear description of the issue, along with a picture or two
• You must provide your contact details, including name, phone, email address and address
• You must send back your item to get a refund
• Items damaged in shipment back to us due to improper packing will not be honored
